Health & Hygiene

I have completed courses in relation to Food Safety Level 2 and Introduction to Allergens (certificates shown at the bottom of this page)

I have also registered as a food business with West Lothian Council and completed the Cook Safe Manual to ensure I adhere to all necessary health and hygiene legislation.

COVID-19

I adhere to all health and hygiene requirements as set out by the Food Standards Agency Scotland.

I am a food delivery business and will ensure the relevant precautions are taken. This will include maintaining the required distance and wearing of masks when delivering food.
